NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

* All Sales are final.

* Return will be done for only those products that have a defect. The same has to be notified to us the same day the product is delivered. The product return receipt should reach us within 3 days and product in 7 days.

* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.

* Products bought during sale are non-refundable 

Return Policy: 

Domestic Orders 

  1. Shipping charges are non refundable

  2. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@bholisarees.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will provide you a store credits after the team checks and verifies the defect.

  3. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped

  4. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will give you store credits

  5. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer initially till the case is open.

  6. Once we have received the product. a quality check would be done by our team

  7. If a defect is found, The amount refunded to you would be for the products along with the shipping charges

International Orders

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

  2. If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us

  3. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@bholisarees.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will provide you store credits for the same
