NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
* All Sales are final.
* Return will be done for only those products that have a defect. The same has to be notified to us the same day the product is delivered. The product return receipt should reach us within 3 days and product in 7 days.
* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
* Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
* Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- Shipping charges are non refundable
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at email@example.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will provide you a store credits after the team checks and verifies the defect.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will give you store credits
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer initially till the case is open.
- Once we have received the product. a quality check would be done by our team
- If a defect is found, The amount refunded to you would be for the products along with the shipping charges
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
